Egypt’s Equity Real Estate Development Company says it has marketed 65 percent of its flagship The Capital Way in the state’s New Administrative Capital, some 40km (24.8 miles) east of Cairo, during one month.
Haitham Samir, Equity’s chief executive, said Saturday that The Capital Way will be executed over 42 feddans and it will include around 1,562 housing units, with spaces ranging between 90 square metres and 333 square metres.
“The project’s total investments reach 5.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($312.7 million),” Samir further added.
The Egyptian official referred that the project’s designs were implemented by a global consulting office in the United Stated, while the landscape’s designs were carried out by another international consulting office in Hong Kong.
