Egypt’s real estate developer Waves Developments says it plans to start handing over the first phase of its fully-fledged touristic flagship Caribbean Compound in North Coast resort within next month.
The first phase is set to be completely delivered with 1,000 various housing units within a timeframe of two months, the company’s marketing director Amr Mohamed told Amwal Al Ghad on Monday.
“The project is being developed on a space of 15 feddans in four phases, with total 4,000 housing units,” Mohamed said, adding that Caribbean will include two commercial centres and a bunch of entertainment services.
The Egyptian official clarified that his company has marketed around 30 percent of the project’s second phase, which is to encompass 1,200 housing units.
“We have purchased about 30 new feddans in North Coast to implement a new touristic and residential project there,” Mohamed said.
