Egypt’s Brickzey clients sales at $140 mln in August
Egyptian property management firm Brickzey has posted 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($140 million) in clients’ sales at the end of August, its chairman Ahmed Selim said on Sunday.
The company is planning to achieve 4 billion pounds at the end of the current year, Selim added.
“We have marketed 1,200 units in various projects, notably Sun Capital Compound,” he said.
Sun Capital is located in Hadayek October area in Sixth of October City.
Brickzey is seeking to inaugurate a new office in Dubai within the next year to market its projects outside Egypt, he added.
“The company is looking to market two projects in New Administrative Capital, 45km (28 miles) east of Cairo Sheikh Zayed, at the outskirts of Cairo, on a space of 70 feddans before the end of this year,” Selim said.
