Egypt’s Arab Contractors finalises rehabilitation of Kayunga Hospital in Uganda
Egypt’s state-run construction firm, Arab Contractors said it has completed the rehabilitation of Kayunga Hospital in Uganda, at a cost of around $16.7 million.
The hospital is now with a capacity of 300 beds, AC’s chairman Mohsen Salah announced on Friday. The project is spanning over 190,000 square metres or 45 feddans.
The project includes the rehabilitation of all the buildings; medical buildings, wards, outpatients’ clinics, administrative offices, radiology building, pharmacy, kitchen, and dead washer, besides 25 buildings for the accommodation of doctors and the staff of the hospital.
