Alexandria for Oils and Soaps Company -an affiliate of Egypt’s Holding Company for Food Industries- plans to inject investments of 55 million Egyptian pounds (around US$2.9 million) within 2017.
Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad, Chairman Ahmed Abdel Wahab asserted that the company plans to raise the capacities of its five affiliate oil factories from 350 tonnes to 500 tonnes within the upcoming five months after increasing refining and packing capacities.
The sales volume of Alexandria for Oils and Soaps Company witnessed a leap in 2016 since it recorded 885 million pounds opposed to 664 million pounds in 2015.
