China’s human resources ministry said on Tuesday that the country added 6.98 million urban jobs in the first half of the year.
In a press briefing, the ministry assessed the overall employment situation as “generally stable”. To maintain this stability, it outlined plans to promote the return of stable jobs and provide special loans to support job creation and expansion.
The ministry also emphasised the importance of boosting employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for young people, including college graduates.
